This pinout class is compatible with many Sega games from about 1985 to the early 1990. See list below.
While the pinout it may look similar to JAMMA at first glance, having 56 pins and the Ground and the +5V rails in the same position, these games are not JAMMA compatible and plugging them into the JAMMA harness directly will likely damage your game by connecting the -5V rail from the harness to the +12V pin on the PCB.
