Taito Polaris to JAMMA Adapter

Description

Allows you to use your original Taito Polaris board in a JAMMA cabinet or a super gun device.

Polaris was a shoot’em up developed and released by Taito in 1980. After the success of Space Invaders in 1979, Taito followed it up in 1980 with several new, less successful, color CRT shooters, with a number of unique themes. Polaris was one of these games. It featured a submarine theme where the goal was to shoot down enemies while avoiding bombs dropped by planes from above, naval mines and depth charges fired from other subs below.

Early Taito games from this period often had unique pinouts and Polaris in no exeption. This adapter is known to convert only this one game.
