Bank Panic was originally developed by Sanritsu Denki and released outside of North America by Sega for the arcade and the console market. In the US the game was manufactured and distributed by Bally / Midway.
This is yet another game released by Sega with a unique pinout, most likely because the game was not developed in house by Sega themselves.
